COURSE DURATION: 2.5 hours, 8 weeks, once per week

FABRIC & SUPPLY LIST
- 2-3 yards of suiting wool or cotton fabric (depending on class)
- Lining (for pant and vest class only)
- 1 yard of pocketing (for pant and vest class)
- 1 yard of fusible interfacing
- Cutting shears
- Thread
- Hand needles
- Thimble
- Tailor's chalk
- Tape measure
- Dot pattern paper
- Metal pattern making rulers (L square, Hip curve ruler, Varied French Curve)
- Clear grid 18" ruler
- Notebook
- Pencil
- Teacher will advise fabric and any other specialty supplies at first class
MEN'S WAISTCOAT/VEST (8 WEEKS)
Tailor and instructor Ayao Agbeve was inspired to sew at a very young age. His great talent and work ethic landed him in charge of the alterations department at the US Embassy in his native Togo West Africa. Inspired, he opened his own design business making custom tailored clothing for men and women, before moving to the United States. Ayao speaks fluent French, Spanish and English. He is a great asset to the Esaie Couture Design School.
